How we work.

Brief

Scope + Ref

We take a deep brief — requirements, constraints, reference images, and production intent.

Design & DFM

CAD ±0.01

3D modelling and DFM analysis in parallel — injection mould design to ±0.01mm, 3D printing to ±0.25–0.50mm.

Prototype

Rev A

A physical first article, printed or machined, for fitment and functional testing.

Client Review

Sign-off

Review session, dimensional report, and any revision cycles before production approval.

Production

Batch

Final batch manufactured to drawing, packed, and dispatched with dimensional records.

FAQ

Common questions.

For FDM we work with PLA, PETG, and ABS as standard engineering materials. We'll recommend the right process for your design brief.

End-to-end. We handle the full chain: concept to CAD modelling to DFM analysis to production-ready drawings to print. If you already have a model, we can take it from there. If you have only a sketch or idea, we can start from scratch.

Tolerances vary by process. For FDM 3D printing our standard is ±0.25mm to ±0.50mm depending on part geometry. For injection mould design we work to ±0.01mm. We document dimensional results for every production batch so you have traceability.

Both. We regularly produce single prototypes for fitment and functional testing, as well as short-run batches of 5 to 500 units for bridge manufacturing before tooling investment. There's no minimum order.

Our studio is in KR Puram, Bengaluru 560036, Karnataka. We ship pan-India. For very large or time-sensitive runs, we can discuss direct handoff locally.
